This Privacy Policy explains how Nexa ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use Racer Rider: Hill Drive (the "Game"). By using the Game, you agree to this Policy.

Information We Collect

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or payment information.

The Game stores gameplay data locally on your device to provide core features. This may include your selected vehicle and stage, game progress, unlocked items, upgrades, in-game currency, high scores, customization choices, language choice, tutorial status, and sound or haptic settings. This information remains on your device unless your device or platform independently backs it up. You may reset this data from the Game's settings or by clearing the Game's app data through your device settings.

Advertising

The Game uses Google AdMob to display interstitial and rewarded advertisements. Rewarded ads are optional and may provide in-game rewards when you choose to watch them. Google and its advertising partners may collect and process information such as device identifiers (including the Android Advertising ID or iOS Identifier for Advertisers where available), IP address, device and app information, approximate location inferred from IP address, ad interaction data, and diagnostic information. This information may be used to deliver, measure, personalize where permitted, and protect advertising.

How Information Is Used

We use locally stored gameplay data to save and restore your progress and preferences. Our advertising provider may use information as described above to serve ads, award optional ad-based rewards, measure ad performance, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. Gameplay data stored locally by the Game is not sent to our servers. Information processed through advertising is shared with Google AdMob and its service providers or partners as necessary to provide advertising-related services. Information may also be disclosed if required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable government request.

Data Retention and Deletion

Local gameplay data remains on your device until you reset the Game, clear the Game's app data, or uninstall the Game. We do not operate a user-account database for the Game. Information handled by Google AdMob is retained according to Google's policies and applicable law. For requests relating to Google's data practices, please use Google's privacy controls and support resources.

Security

We use reasonable measures appropriate to the Game's design to protect information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

The Game is not directed to children under the age at which consent is required in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us, contact us so we can address the request. If you make the Game available to children or families, you must review and configure the Game's advertising and Google Play target-audience settings to meet the applicable requirements before release.

International Users

Advertising providers may process information in countries other than your own. Those countries may have data-protection laws that differ from the laws where you live.
